Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Rozire. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.

  2. Delivery Issues: A refund will be issued if the product does not reach the customer due to delivery issues.
  3. Damaged Products: A refund will be issued if the product arrives damaged. A complete video showing the product being opened from its original packaging is required to be eligible for a refund due to a damaged product within 15 days.

For all other cases, only returns are allowed. You can select another product from our catalogue, but a refund is not possible.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
